Call Screening

A quick and easy way to qualify callers on an 800 number using a configurable voice menu. The default options allow for very quick and inexpensive deployment of this SaaS communication solution. Callers can interact with the  IVR menu structure via keypad or speech. There is even a premium version allowing to say entire sentences using natural speech recognition without the need of an IVR menu structure.

Meter Reader

Automated self meter reading is a convenient and cost effective for utilities to collect customer usage data. Callers are greeted and identified via their  unique account id. For each customer several actives meters can be registered under one account. They interact with the  IVR menu structure via keypad or speech.
