Q-Check is an all-in-one survey solution that is based on the idea to provide a flexible solution that businesses and organizations can use to collect valuable feedback from different audiences.

All three work together seamlessly to provide a flexible solution for many different feedback applications. Setting up a survey is done in three simple steps.

Survey Creation

At the heart of Q-Check is the creation and management of surveys to be used for different assignments. The creation environment provides all the tools to assemble a specific set of questions and to organize the way they are presented to the respondent.

Embedded in the survey creation environment is a set of features that enables the user to create complex questionnaires via an easy-to-use web interface. Using conditional logic in the survey, questions can be asked based on choices made in previous questions. This allows to create comprehensive feedback dialogs that go beyond simple form based questionnaires. All this is done with an easy-to-use interactive interface right inside the browser.


Survey Delivery

Create once - use many times.
This simple concept behind so many great success stories is also the idea behind the Q-Check architecture. Once a survey is created, it can be used on different channels to communicate with the person giving feedback. The same set of questions can be asked on the phone, via a web or via an interactive text messaging dialog on any mobile phone. This makes Q-Check one of the most flexible and efficient survey applications on the market.


Survey Reporting

Q-Check provides instant feedback.
As soon as a survey is up and running, results can be accessed online using the reporting tool. Use the real-time results to identify potential problems and the effect of counter measures. Thus surveys can provide a continuous feedback loop to better manage your business. A benchmarking feature provides the option to compare agents, teams, call centers or even call center performance among industries.
The on-line monitor provides additional status information about all currently ongoing surveys. Results are shown as tables and as charts. A data export function is available for further evaluations.
