Survey Creation

Survey Creation is done in a few easy steps

Q-Checks user- friendly interface provides a quick and efficient way to create customized questionnaires for the targeted audience. Deploy them instantly on the Q-Check survey platform in many different ways. All results will be consolidated in on common report format for instant access online.

It all starts with a project. Here you have your list of questions to choose from to create a survey. A single project can have multiple question sets called catalogs. Q-Check come with lists of the most popular questions for different kinds of surveys. They are the starting point to create catalogs.

Create a Catalog

Creating a catalog is easy. First name the catalog depending on its purpose (for e.g customer service-billing which will contain questions pertaining to billing issues). Then build the questionNaire by adding questions to this catalog. Select from different lists of already build in questions or add custom made question in new lists. Order the survey flow with simple up and down buttons. Add and delete questions at any time until you are finished creating the basic survey structure. The number of questions per survey is not restricted, but keep in mind that the longer the survey the
fewer successful completions are likely.

Add supplementary questions

Once the main set of questions is created, add supplementary questions which help to probe further into problem areas. Just go to the supplementary question box located right to the main question and select the response that triggers the additional question. (If for instance a customer was not satisfied with the greeting of an agent, a rating of 4 or 5 on a scale of 1 to 5 triggers the question what the reason for this experience was). Each survey question can have a supplementary question but experience has shown that too many secondary question distract the respondent and lower completion rates.

Add more intelligence using regression analysis

To gain more insight into customer feedback Q-Check includes sophisticated regression analysis functions. This option determines what influence a question or an answer might have on other questions (the co-dependence).

Example: Take a filter question (that only half of the survey group is asked) like „How would you rate the service you experienced from our agent?“. What influence does the rating have on the answer of a target question like: „Would you recommend our service to a friend?“ compared to all answers to this question.

Define one or two filter questions (like „service experience“) and link them with each other in a survey. For each filter question has assigned filter parameters (like ‚ratings only less than 3) that can be assigned via the powerful, yet easy-to-use Q-Check interface.
