Multi Location Routing

Manage a large set of routing destinations across the country and around the globe very efficient using the web based user interface. Complex routing plan are displayed graphically showing all destinations, announcement, time management, etc. The plan can also be print or downloaded in PDF format.

Rule based Call Routing

Define your call routing plan using many different parameters simultaneously. Use the location of the caller (origination based routing according to the caller-ID), time-of day, percentage ratios and status of the call destination to create a unique routing strategy. Use weekly or daily routing schedules and switch between saved routing plans.

Detailed Reporting

Get detailed reports and charts for each toll free number including redial reports showing callers that dialed in several time. Download your call detail records (CDRs) selecting different formats (.csv or .xls). There is even an integrated online monitor for ongoing calls.

Message Management

You can select from many professional announcements or include your own. Just upload them with our easy-to-use web interface. You might even upload several different announcements and build your message library. Then activate them as necessary.

Integrated Voicemail and Fax

Fortify's call routing solution includes a powerful voicemail system. It allows you to configure as many voice mailboxes as needed. They can be used to terminate calls directly or as overflow targets when the destination is busy or after hours. Voice messages can be send as a .wav files to any email address or you can even call in and listen to them on the phone.

Fortify Platform

As part of Fortify's communication platform 1-800 Call Router provides a web based interface to configure and monitor incoming calls. The service can operate  stand alone or with deep integration into the virtual ACD and other Fortify products. Calls can be routed to destinations on the PSTN and VoIP network.
