Background

Fortify Commmunications was founded on the idea to provide easy to use preconfigured solutions with a high degree of customization by the user. All our systems and software are developed inhouse, making us one of the few completely independent managed service providers. Our flexibility and our commitment to great service has made us the partner of choice for many well known corporations in Europe.

Fortify Communications, Inc. is owned by 4Com GmbH, a leading managed service provider in Europe, founded in 1994 in Hannover Germany.

Managed Services

Fortify Communication has a history in managed services. We were the first company to provide a combined virtual contact center and IVR-solutions in Germany. Today we own and operate service platforms in North America and Europe with a combined capacity of more than 6,500 channels. Our systems are co-located with our carrier partners in secure facilities. In 2006 we serviced over 100 million calls for our customers.
